Maria Elena Bello

Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999) Coyote Ugly(2000) and The Cooler(2003), The History of Violence(2005), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor2008, Grown Ups2010, Prisoners2013 and Lights Out (2016) are among her roles in films. On television, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998) as well as other starring roles including as Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the TV series Goliath in 2016, and from 2017 through 2021, as Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane in the series NCIS. Bello was raised in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. Her field of study was in political sciences at Villanova University. Following graduation, Bello honed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions. Bello is mother to Jackson and Dan McDermott, her ex-boyfriend. [18] She wrote about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. She released a book entitled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Examining the labels We Place on Ourself. (Dey Street Books.
