Lara Logan

 Lara Logan was born 29 March 1971. She is a South African journalist, radio and television journalist. She was an CBS News reporter from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes executive producers Jeff Fager and Lara Logan called her factually inaccurate and politcally biased coverage of the 2012 Benghazi attacks "the biggest mistake of my entire decade of watching." In the year 2019 she joined Sinclair Broadcast Group, a conservative media firm. 4] She joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming platform owned by Fox News, in January 2020. In March 2022 that they had been "dumped". Logan worked as a journalist for the Sunday Tribune of Durban during her studies (1988-1989) and then the Daily News of the city (1990-1992). She joined Reuters Television Africa in 1992 as a senior producer. After four years, she began freelance journalism. Reporter/editor/producer assignments for ITN, Fox/SKY News, CBS News (in London), ABC News (in Nairobi), NBC and European Broadcasting Union were all given to her. CNN employed her to report about such events as the 1998 United States Embassy bombings in Nairobi, Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland.
